Note:   You will be asked to discuss your degree progress, your laboratory research, and your accomplishments (abstracts and papers written, presentations, awards). In addition to completing this evaluation form, please submit (1) copies of any abstracts or papers that you have authored and (2) your updated CV to our office (BSE 1.610).
